Youstats.com is a community site dedicated to allowing people to come together and share their experiences of attaining a healthy weight. It includes a private messaging system, a forum and a commenting system. Users can enter their meals, their measurements and weight and track their progress visually as the site generates graphs dynamically.
It costs nothing to join and is open to everyone who wants and can give support to others as they try to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
